EUV Transmission Microscope
The lens-less EUV microscope achieves a spatial resolution below 20 nanometers by integrating advanced computational imaging techniques with coherent, laser-driven light sources operating in the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) spectral range.
Beyond conventional absorption contrast, the application of phase retrieval algorithms enables the reconstruction of quantitative phase contrast, facilitating non-destructive nanoscale mapping of the chemical composition. This capability provides novel insights into fundamental research areas, including microbiology, materials science, and other fields requiring high-resolution, label-free imaging.
