I am a Research Scientist working on AI-driven bioimage analysis. I developed theCell-ACDC software which is used to segment, track, and annotate single cells in multi-dimensional microscopy datasets in an interactive and smart manner. I am currently working on new software to automatically detect, quantify, and classify spots in multi-dimensional fluorescence microscopy datasets (e.g., smFISH).

I am very excited about the opportunity to work in collaboration with leading experts to tackle open questions in biology using imaging and quantitative approaches. I'm always open for new collaborations so do not hesitate to contact me with an image analysis challenge!
