About me

I am a Research Software Engineer at the Helmholtz-Centre for Environmental Research, currently working on interactive Computing, Federated Resources and Data Management, and Research Data Consulting.

Topics I have worked in

Computer Vision and Synthetic Data, particularly 3D data analysis and visualization using Paraview, VTK, Unreal Engine, and other tools. I have worked on plant data analysis, particularly image analysis, in multiple contexts, including but not limited to root segmentation and root architecture reconstruction, plant segmentation, plant modelling, plant visualization. Data and scientific visualization are particularly of interest to me.
