I am the team assistant of the Helmholtz Imaging Management Unit at the DESY in Hamburg. Most of the time, I am busy organizing meetings, conferences and other events to present and promote Helmholtz Imaging within the Helmholtz Association and beyond. I support the Scientific Coordinator, the Platform Mangager and the PR and Outreach Manager and together, we coordinate all acitivities of Helmholtz Imaging. Before coming to DESY and Helmholtz Imaging, I have been working as a team assistant in a medium-sized transportation company in Hamburg for over twenty years. I do not have any scientific background but I am glad to have the opportunity to broaden my horizons in this respect and I enjoy working at DESY and for Helmholtz Imaging every single day.
