Dataset generator for testing the visualization solutions. It will generate a 3D TIFF dataset with 3 channels. It will also store the channels and a segmentation of each channel separately as TIFFs. Particle analysis is performed on one channel and stored as a labelmap, a table with including the elongation of each label object is stored as well.
